This area addresses more serious matters, primarily focussed around maintaining personal freedoms that many of us believe are a basic human right. These topics can tend to get heavy, controversial and highly debated. I like to do my best to keep it light and be open to other viewpoints, although I do feel quite strongly about many issues.
Viewing a topic from many perspectives is the best way to really understand it. There are more than two sides to any story. I enjoy a philosophical discussion that encompasses many viewpoints. The posts in this blog will frequently reflect that. They will also most likely reflect the ideology of personal freedoms and individual responsibility.
Constructive comments from other perspectives and ideologies are, of course, welcomed and appreciated.
